The country is facing the phenomenon of running a two-wheeler without a helmet. Until now, a fine of Rs 100 had to be paid without a helmet, but now if caught without a helmet on the road, a fine of Rs 1000 will have to be paid.

An unlicensed driver will have to be warned

A large number of unlicensed cases are also being exposed daily against the traffic police. Or the driver does not have a license then the holder says that the license was forgotten at home in a hurry. In such case till now, a fine of Rs 500 was imposed under section 181 but now a fine of Rs 5,000 has to be paid for driving without a license.

Apart from this, unauthorized driving without a license would have imposed a fine of Rs.1000 under section 180, now it will be Rs5000. While driving without a qualification, a fine of Rs 500 had to be paid under section 182, which has now been increased to Rs 10,000. Apart from this, a new law has been created this time. A fine of Rs 5000 will have to be paid under section 182B for driving an oversize vehicle.
In India, people will often be seen talking on the phone with their car-bikes overlooking the law, but now doing so can pay a heavy fine. If caught while talking on mobile while driving, the fine of Rs 1000 was to be paid but it has been increased to Rs 5,000.

Beware now those who drive in speed

Speed ​​is a major problem for road accidents in India. Under section 182, a penalty of Rs 400 was imposed on driving a car beyond the limit set till now, but now a fine of Rs 1000 will be imposed on the weight trains and Rs 2000 on the middle class passenger trains. On the other hand, a penalty of Rs. 1000 was imposed under section 184 on dangerous driving, now a fine of Rs. The first 500 rupees had to be paid under section 189 for speeding or race. Now a fine of Rs 5,000 has to be paid.

Often after the accident, it is learned that the driver was drunk, but now a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be charged under section 185 for driving drunk. Earlier, a drunk driving conviction had to pay a fine of Rs 2000 which has now been increased to five.

A fine of Rs 1000 on driving without a seat belt

People often do not wear seat belts intentionally while driving. Now the first 1000 rupees will have to be paid under Article 194B without being caught on the road without a seat belt, previously only a fine of Rs 100.

Now a fine of Rs 500 on traveling without a ticket

If you have been traveling without a ticket on government buses so far, be aware now. Now, under the arrest (Article-178), a fine of Rs 500 will have to be paid, whereas without the first ticket a fine of Rs 200 was to be paid.

Strict law on driving a minor

Kayako has become more stringent on driving a minor. Now, the owner of the car would be guilty if he was caught driving under the influence. The fine would then be Rs 25,000 and a fine of up to 3 years could be imposed.
