In this scheme, the daughters of the first two children will be eligible to get benefit of this scheme. Under the Vhali Dikri Yojna, the girl takes admission in the first standard and the government will give it 4,000 rupees. When the daughter comes to the ninth standard after completion of primary schooling, it will be given 6,000 rupees.
When the girl turns 18, As Vhali Dikri Yojna the government will give her Rs 1 lakh. Anyone who has the benefit of this plan can have a daughter from the first two children, or if she has both daughters. The government believes that this scheme Vhali Dikri Yojna will encourage girls' education, when the daughter becomes an adult, there will be a large amount of money for higher education and her marriage.

Vali Dikri Yojna Form will be found in the school.The government will provide assistance of 4000 for the education of the 'Vali Dikri Yojna' The Government of Gujarat is specially focusing on the girl's education. After this, the assistance of 4000 will be given when the girl comes to the first standard to help families with income of 2 lakh in 'Vhali Dikri Yojna'. When it comes to 9th standard, assistance of 6000 will be given. As well as completing 18 years, 1 lakh will be given assistance. A total of 133 crores have been provided in this scheme.
Minister Nitin Patel in his budget speech today announced a new scheme ‘Vhali Dikri Yojana’.
‘A girl child among first two children of family will get benefit of this scheme. Beneficiary girl child on her entry to first standard in school will get Rs. 4,000, in 9th standard she will get Rs. 6,000 and when she completes 18-year age she will get Rs. 1 lakh,’ Nitin Patel said.
He said the scheme will improve sex ratio, it will encourage girl child education and avail a big amount for higher education and wedding.
The scheme according to Patel will be availed to families with upto Rs. 2 lakh income per year.
The State government has made allocation of Rs. 133 crore for this scheme in financial year 2019-20 budget.
